Return Process
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

- Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package your unused item in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us or drop it off at our store
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items (unless defective)
- Personal care items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive your return:

- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- Mobile money refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours

Outside Accra: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
